Chris Simnick is the founder and president of Synergy Franchise Development, Inc., a Florida-based company that specializes in the development and implementation of key strategies and business plans for franchise systems that are getting ready to launch as well as young and mature systems looking to “take the next step” in the growth of their systems.

Chris has over 30 years of business and franchise experience, as an independent business owner, a franchisee and a franchisor. His experience has been at many levels, and he has held numerous positions. Chris’ people, sales, support, operations and management style have allowed him to put together, train and build franchise development, sales, support and operations systems, and teams that are respected throughout franchising. His passion for franchising has equipped him with the skills, knowledge, and experience that very few franchise executives have had the opportunity to acquire.

He has had the privilege to have been part of the successful growth of six fantastic franchise systems; four bricks and mortar and two home-based concepts. All are number one in their respective industries, with a total of over 2,500 franchisees. In addition all are international and in as many as three dozen counties.

In addition, Chris has several years of direct International experience, which include the launch of one of the systems in the United Kingdom as director, and working with master franchisees from around the world.

Chris completed the Fast Track M.B.A. Training in Franchise Management through the International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE) at Nova Southeastern University, and he received his CFE designation in 2004. He has taught and spoken at numerous events on domestic and international development, sales, training and operations processes. Chris has also spoken extensively on using the internet as an effective lead generation and sales tool.

Chris makes his home in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is active in a local Chamber of Commerce and is on the Executive Board of the Deaf Service Center of Palm Beach County. He enjoys travel, meteorology and American Sign Language.
