Keith has received numerous honors and recognition for his accomplishments in franchising. He is recognized as a world-class expert in marketing, communications, branding, training and operations. As President of PuroSystems, Inc. he is responsible for the vision, strategic plan and branding that has resulted in short-order, record sales, franchise development and the best franchisee validations in the companies history. Prior to PuroSystems, his most recent role was as Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Development for Alphagraphics, Inc. which resulted in record sales and profitability for franchisees thanks to his contributions over his six years of service to the network. As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Franchising and Licensing, he created the franchise development and franchise operations systems for Mrs. Fields Original Cookies, Inc. and was with that organization for nine years. In relatively short order, his team was responsible for moving the company from an exclusively company owned and operated model to a blended organization that added over 600 franchises and licenses worldwide. Mr. Gerson has held a senior level position with Chem-Dry where his team helped lead that organization to record earnings and growth and a clearly articulated vision that included a “healthy home focus” that united the network and improved the brand image. Additionally, Keith was responsible for company owned and franchise operations in the Pacific Northwest with Jack-in-the-Box Restaurants and was Chief Operating Officer of a start-up called Top Driver in concert with Chevrolet and MetLife Insurance,

Keith Gerson has also been a franchisee having owned a Mrs. Fields Franchise providing a unique perspective from being on both sides of the franchise agreement. He has been married for thirty-three years to Marilisa and has four grown children and four grandchildren (with one more on the way). Keith is an accomplished professional musician, and enjoys being a mentor and public speaker.
