Susan Black-Beth

CFE, SVP & Director of Franchising, Super Wash, Inc. and Co-Chair, IIFE Strategic Advisory Board

Susan E. Black-Beth, CFE, is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Franchising for Super Wash, Inc. She has served as the Director of Franchising since the inception of the Super Wash franchise program in November 2000. Susan graduated cum laude from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduation Susan was a Senior Conference and Training Course Producer for International Communications for Management in Chicago, Illinois. Susan earned the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association in February 2003. In addition to being a CFE, Susan is Vice Chair of the International Franchise Associations’ Women’s Franchise Committee and is also the co-founder and past co-chair of the Chicago Women’s Franchise Network. Ms. Black-Beth serves on Augustana College’s Alumni Board of Directors and on the Strategic Advisory Board of the International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE). Susan has experience as a franchisee, previously co-owning three Super Wash® facilities in southern Wisconsin for nine years.
