The International Institute for Franchise Education
Cheryl R. Babcock, CFE, former director of the Institute for Franchise Management at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minn., has moved to sunny south Florida to become the founding director of the International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE) in the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.
The International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE) is a demonstrated leader around the world in our domestic and international education programs and research. Our goal is to provide high-quality programs for a diverse group of participants including prospective and existing franchisors, franchisees, and franchise service providers as well as academic researchers and teachers.
The institute regularly conducts programs for founders, presidents, CEOs, COOs, and key leadership team members who want to grow their franchise systems. Participants have attended IIFE programs from 17 states and nine countries.
We realize that each client is unique, and we can match your needs with our extensive resources and custom design a program specifically for your franchise system or delegation. IIFE has designed a custom program for the Philippine Franchise Association, the Mini Masters in Franchise Management, and conducted it annually in Manila since 2002. IIFE has designed a five-day custom program for the Mexican Franchise Association and offered it in Fort Lauderdale-Davie utilizing our state-of-the art simultaneous classroom facilities in the Carl DeSantis Building at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. These facilities were also utilized in a program conducted for a visiting delegation of Russian franchisors. IIFE is in developmental stages for visiting delegations from five additional countries.
Visit our listing of U.S. based and international clients to view some of the stellar companies who have participated in IIFE programs; such as, Allied Domecq QSR, AlphaGraphics, Arby's, Express Personnel Services, ExxonMobil, Party City Corporation, Planet Beach Franchising, Sign-A-Rama, Two Men And A Truck International, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Los Bisquets Bisquets Obregon, Grill Master, Russian Franchising Association, Délifrance, Francorp-Mexico and the Philippines, Chowking, Jollibee Foods Incorporated, Max's Franchising, Reyes Hair Cutters, Red Ribbon Bakeshop and Sari-Sari.
