As we hope you have learned, the Master's Programs at the Huizenga School have been designed to challenge our diverse population of learners. Included below are a few frequently asked questions. Academic Programs - Design and Delivery

   What degree programs are offered?

You may choose from 11 (eleven) Master's Degree Programs. They include the following:

One-year, Full-Time M.B.A.
M.B.A. for Working Professionals
M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship
M.B.A. in Finance
Master of Accounting
Master of International Business Administration
Master of Public Administration
Master of Science in Human Resource Management
Master of Science in Leadership
Master of Science in Real Estate Development
Master of Taxation

   Are the Master's Degree Programs designed for part-time working professionals?

Yes! With the exception of our one-year, full-time M.B.A. day program, each of our programs can be completed in as little as 18 months. You may choose to enroll in alternating weekend or online courses.

   Which programs can be completed entirely online?

Each of the following may be completed online: M.B.A. for Working Professionals; M.B.A. in Finance; Master of Accounting; Master of International Business Administration; Master of Public Administration; Master of Science in Human Resource Management; Master of Science in Leadership; and Master of Taxation.

   Where are alternating weekend classes held?

The Huizenga School has corporate and educational centers located throughout the United States. Please see our Program Locations page for details regarding your program of study.

   Is transfer credit accepted?

Yes, we will accept as transfer credit up to two courses (six credits) of master's level coursework completed at another regionally accredited institution. Specific conditions apply to all transfer credit.

Tuition and Fees

   How much is tuition?

Tuition charges vary as a function of program and delivery system. Specific and prerequisite course tuition charges also vary. Consult the Tuition and Fees page of this website for more information.

   Is financial aid available?

Financial aid awards depend upon your enrollment status. For a complete list of scholarships, please visit the Office of Student Financial Assistance.

Admission

   Is admission to the Master's Degree Programs competitive?

Yes. Our goal is to provide you an exceptional education. In no small part this is possible because the students with whom you will learn seek a challenging educational environment. Applications are individually reviewed and admission is offered to students who meet both qualitative and quantitative criteria.

   What must I do to apply for admission?

You must submit a Master's Application for Admission and the non-refundable application fee. It is important that you also provide evidence of completion of your baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution. Successful candidates for admission have earned an overall undergraduate grade point average of 2.50 or greater on a 4.00 scale. The GMAT is required of some candidates.
