The H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship recognizes and honors the academic strengths, leadership roles, community involvement, and skills of its students. We encourage students to achieve new heights in intellectual and personal development and we are committed to rewarding these achievements through many scholarship programs.

NSU employees & their dependents are not eligible to apply for scholarships
Award money is applicable for TUITION fees ONLY, and does not cover Registration fees or Student Activity fees!
Scholarship awards are made for FALL and WINTER terms only for undergraduate students. Summer term tuition is not covered by the scholarship.

- Awards are made to undergraduate freshman day students planning to enroll in a business program at the Huizenga School.
- Students must show PROOF of involvement in the Academy of Finance, DECA, FBLA, or BPA programs at their high school.
- Students must have attended high school in Broward County.
- Candidates must submit an application for admission to any undergraduate business degree program at NSU.
- Full time (12-15 credits) undergraduate freshman student in a day business program (PALS).
- Minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and SAT score of 1200 or ACT score of 27 or greater.
- Award amount equals a full tuition scholarship.
- Recipients do not need to reapply every year.
- Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.35 in order to retain scholarship.
- Students must remain in good academic standing with the University

- Must have earned an AA degree from Broward Community College Honors Institute Program within the past year.
- Must have earned a GPA of a 3.5 or higher.
- Must continue to take at least one course per term.
- Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 in order to retain scholarship
- Must have a demonstrated leadership involvement in a club or organization.
- International students may apply
- Must prove financial need based on FAFSA

- Students must demonstrate involvement with charitable organizations and volunteerism preference will be given to those involved with the Boys & Girls Club of America.
- Students must demonstrate financial need through FAFSA
- Must maintain cumulative GPA of 3.35 in order to retain scholarship

- Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled or planning to enroll at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale). Whichever GPA is most recent (high school or college) at the time of the application is the GPA that will be used to determine eligibility.
- A minimum SAT score of 1100 or minimum ACT score of 25.
- A resident of Broward County.
- Submission of a 500 word essay on why you want to attend the Huizenga School of Business.
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from individuals who can evaluate your academic ability and potential.
- Demonstration of financial need through FAFSA

- Students must attend Bahamas based campus.
- Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) from previous higher education institution.
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 in order to retain scholarship.
- Must show financial need.
- Must be highly involved with volunteer work and active within the Bahamian community.
- Undergraduate students must also have completed a minimum of 30 credits earned from previous higher education institution.
