I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
Examines the impact of conflict, stress and change on the workplace and the quality of work life. Topics include the myriad of stressors and their effect as well as the selection of appropriate interventions and responses.

III. LEARNING OUTCOMES
1) Examine basic change management fundamentals in the workplace environment. 2) Identify the managerial factors that influence negative situations within the workplace. 3) Explore the change concepts utilized in managing and enabling effective change strategies. 4) Apply activities utilized in reducing conflict created by change. 5) Understand the basic factors which create resistance to change. 6) Analysis of theories, concepts, and theories related to change management. 7) Appreciate change management factors from an individual, group, and organizational perspective. 8) Develop a change management program for professional growth.
