I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
Examines the nature of morality and theories of normative ethics. Identifies a variety of ethical issues and moral challenges involving consumers, the environment, the professions, and the role of the corporation in our society. Prerequisite: Senior standing.

III. LEARNING OUTCOMES
1) Comprehend the ethical ramifications of business decisions. 2) Possess a working knowledge of ethical, managerial, and regulatory principles to distinguish relationships between same, and to apply principles jointly in making business decisions. 3) Be cognizant of major ethical issues facing business managers and the qualities, costs, and benefits of decision making among ethical companies and morally acting managers. 4) Utilize case studies and problems to apply knowledge of ethics and morality to managerial decision making. 5) Be able to apply ethical/moral concerns to strategic planning.
