QNT 6009 - Special Topics in Research Techniques


I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will cover advanced topics in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods. The specific topics covered will depend on the students specialty area. Prerequisites: QNT 6007 and QNT 6008.

III. LEARNING OUTCOMES
On completion of this course, for each of the techniques covered, students will be able to:
¿        Understand the philosophical approach underlying the technique
¿        Understand the data gathering process underlying the techniques
¿        Analyze data collected using the technique
¿        Understand how results from the technique are reported in the literature.
