This course focuses on the design and management of the global supply chain, which includes the links of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. The design component addresses where to locate facilities, in addition to the product flow decisions. The management component focuses on how to manage the inventory in the supply chain. This course also addresses the Distribution the TOC Way solution. Prerequisite: OPS 6050.
