NSU South Florida International Blues Festival
 
Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship is offering a $10,000 Undergraduate scholarship for any Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe county junior or senior high school student.
 
ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

In order to be eligible, students must be currently enrolled in any junior or senior high school in the above counties for the term beginning August, 2008. Students MUST be present at the Second Annual South Florida International Blues Festival, to be held on campus, November 7, 8, and 9. Admission is free to all junior and senior high school students (with student ID) and their parents on Friday night, November 7. The winner will be announced on November 7 at 9:30 p.m. If the first winner announced is not present to receive the award, subsequent drawings will be immediately conducted until a winner is declared. The winner must meet all specific Undergraduate admission requirements as established by individual programs within NSU’s Huizenga School and acceptance is contingent upon satisfying these criteria in the appropriate timeframe. Scholarship award applies only to tuition and does not cover textbooks and other administrative fees. The Scholarship is nontransferable and must be exercised by the following dates:

  • Entering Freshman class 2008, must gain admission and register for class no later than October 31, 2012.

  • Entering Sophomore class 2008, must gain admission and register for class no later than October 31, 2011.

  • Entering Junior class 2008, must gain admission and register for class no later than October 31, 2010.

  • Entering Senior class 2008, must gain admission and register for class no later than October 31, 2009.
