Program Dates / Location Fee & Registration What You Will Learn Contact IIFE

Learn how to build self-esteem and performance in individuals and teams in this highly interactive program. As a leader, how do you tap the power of organizational learning to help people learn, innovate, and grow? This program will help you to learn and practice shared leadership and coaching skills to gain commitment and "raise the bar" on performance. You will have an opportunity to apply "transformational" coaching strategies; such as, giving positive feedback, active listening, shared career planning, coaching difficult people, and understanding generational differences. The goal is to help you build the skills needed in your workforce to take your organization successfully into the future.

The program is a part of the highly acclaimed The Emerging Leader series designed to help franchise leaders develop the capacity to take on challenges at all levels of the organization.
