Dr. Joung W. Kim

Dr. Joung W. Kim is an Associate Professor of Accounting with the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Kim received his Ph.D. from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Kim’s research activities encompass corporate disclosure strategies, firm valuation in capital markets, and information system management. His teaching interests primarily include areas such as financial reporting, valuations, and accounting information systems.

In supplement to his research activities, Dr. Kim is published in journals including the Journal of Accounting and Finance Research, CA Magazine, Journal of Management Information Systems, and Journal of Information Systems.
