Dr. Walter Moore

Dr. Moore is the Director and Faculty Chairperson of the the Accounting and Taxation programs. In addition to his Director and Chairperson responsibilities, Dr. Moore teaches various courses including, accounting theory, advanced managerial accounting, accounting information systems and auditing. He joined the faculty at Nova Southeastern University in July, 1996. Previously he has taught at universities in Ohio, Michigan, Nebraska and Illinois.

Dr. Moore’s experience includes both private and public accounting and holds a CPA from the state of Colorado. He has published numerous articles in academic and practitioners’ journals. In addition to his academic endeavors, Dr. Moore works with small companies to facilitate the achievement of ISO 9000 certification.
