Andrea Deranek, Ph.D. is a Senior Quality Engineer at ZimVie, where she collaborates with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and external experts to implement ZimVie quality goals. She conducts audits, inspections, and test protocols, and analyzes data to ensure product conformity to established requirements and standards.

She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Biomedical Engineering Society, and Biophysical Society. During her academic studies, she conducted research at British Petroleum, NovaBone Products, LLC, Munich University of Applied Sciences, University of Florida, and Purdue University.
