Pamela Krop

Pamela Krop grew up in Florida and graduated from the University of Florida Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology.  She got her J.D. from Stanford Law School where she was an Editor of the Stanford Law Review.  She worked for a judge on the Federal District Court in DC and then went into private practice, first in DC and then in Minneapolis. 

 In 1991, Pam was hired to become an in-house counsel by her then biggest client, General Electric.  During 16 years at GE, she rose through the ranks to become General Counsel and a member of the Sr. Management teams at several of GE’s Healthcare businesses.  In 2006 Pam became General Counsel and Sr. Vice President at St. Jude Medical, managing a team of 60 lawyers worldwide and participating in substantially all of the major decisions driving the business from $3B to $6B in revenue.

 In 2012 Pam and her family moved back to S. Florida where she has held a number of different GC/C-Suite positions with smaller, more entrepreneurial business, primarily in the healthcare industry.
