Dr. Etka Topaloglu is an Assistant Professor of Management at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. He has a Ph.D. in Management from Binghamton University, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Science. He also holds an MSc in Sustainability Science from Montclair State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Etka's research interests are primarily centered on nontraditional staffing approaches, human capital, sustainability, and virtual team dynamics. Over the past three years, he has taught approximately ten sections of organizational behavior, strategic management, and leadership courses.

Before entering academia, Etka gained experience in various fields, including retail, online sales, project management, design engineering, and business development. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing soccer and chess, as well as traveling.
