Dr. Ruth Clarke Dr. Ruth Clarke is a Professor and Chair of International Business in the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Clarke develops and organizes the IFS program and generally leads the student group to each destination.
